And is a series editor for (The Oxford Series on Cognitive Models and Architectures ). == Background == Ritter received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a master's degree in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Artificial Intelligence and Psychology from the Carnegie-Mellon University.
